The Layover music bar and cocktail art lounge is located at 1517 Franklin Street (between 15th and 17th) in downtown Oakland. The Layover features DJ line ups, bands and mixed media artists showcasing some of the most eclectic artists from the bay area and beyond. Designed with a bohemian interior that includes reclaimed wood, tile, fabrics and bold splashes of color; the full bar & lounge aims to sell all artwork, pillows, lamps and furnishings to maintain a fresh look with each experience.
