The Last Resort - Home Stay We have about 8 permanent staff which include security, driver with jeep,cooks,guide and other hospitality staff to attend to the needs of the guests. Tariffs are competitive with ones charged by the nearby resorts. We have a 2000 liter hot water tank for 24 hour hot water supply, brand new 3 kva generator as back up power and 6 bore wells for sufficient water. There will be additional UPS back up system for an uninterrupted 24 hour power supply. The Last Resort is located very close to Ballavara at the foot hills of Kemmangundi, Chikmagluru with plenty of shops, with both public and private transportation readily available.
