Our Mission To assist community and private social services organizations and faith-based institutions in delivering comprehensive, integrated, and holistic services that are accessible and responsive to the needs of their communities. Our Focus Landmark Management Group (LMG) focuses on supporting the capacity and sustainability of human services organizations. We provide expert consulting services in the following areas: • Operational and Fiscal Oversight and Governance • Program Development
 • Measurement of Program Outcomes • Fund and Resource Development • Social Venture Partnering To conduct this work we bring together a team of highly competent, well-tenured, culturally sensitive professionals who use evidence informed practice to change lives, inform policy, and develop and sustain resilient communities. Our Operating Platform Under the direction of LMG, the "Landmark Center for Holistic Health and Wellness" combines clinical treatment, education and learning, workforce development, supportive housing, and aftercare; meeting the needs of individuals and families in communities of need in the Tri-State area.
