We help people and organisations to find, refine and energise breakthrough ideas. We do this by facilitating strategic planning and design thinking workshops; testing new ideas by asking the ‘why?’ questions, engaging in ‘possibility thinking’; examining future scenarios; and helping clients to access ideas from staff, stakeholders, within the community, other industries and countries. Our focus is on finding and developing ideas that generate profits, and help people and organisations to realise their goals. Projects we have worked on include plans for business growth; start-ups; business turnarounds; mergers and acquisitions; new products and inventions; community projects; strategies for sporting teams and elite athletes; and education projects.
