IMS was developed out of the real needs of an electrical and building business operating in the rail, infrastructure and civil sectors some 10 years ago. Our founders were frustrated that there were no cost-effective solutions to manage the various aspects of a project-based contractor with external workforces. Initially developing the IMS for their own requirements word quickly spread and IMS became a standalone entity supplying systems to a wide base of customers in multiple sectors.
Since then, IMS has grown into a function rich, all-encompassing integrated management and reporting platform covering document management (site packs, forms, site reports, certificates etc.), project management (including bidding, budgeting, snagging), time management (rostering, time sheets, payment workflow), HR, skills, training, competencies, fatigue management, materials management, purchasing, tools, plant and vehicle management, maintenance scheduling and reporting …. the list goes on!
