The Human Factor Hospitality Recruitment

We are passionate about recruiting top hospitality staff for boutique hotels, resorts, independent & franchise restaurants, private game reserves, contract caterers, private catering firms and any other hospitality-related businesses. The Human Factor was established early in 2005 by Kim Fitt, who previously operated as the General Manager and then Group Human Resources Manager for Singita Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Mpumalanga. She saw a need for hospitality recruitment with “an edge” and The Human Factor Recruitment came into being. The company operates on both a national and international basis. We believe that recruitment is, “All in the Fit” and we therefore focus on achieving the best possible fit where our candidates and clients are concerned. We take the values of both our clients and candidates into account. It is our aim to build a relationship with our clients and get to know as much as we can about their business so that we can pro-actively market outstanding candidates.
