The Human Capital Group has a global reach through its partnership with Horton International, a global executive search and management consulting group, represented in all major economic regions worldwide with more than 40 offices in the Americas, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We also offer a range of services in the organisation development and improvement arena.The company’s origins go as far back as 1997, but The Human Capital Group was officially established in 2004 and is currently in its 14th year of existence. The Human Capital Group initially offered only executive search and recruitment services, but the service offering has since grown to encompass broader talent management as well as organisation development and organisation optimisation services.Whilst we offer a comprehensive organisation and leadership and management consulting service, executive search and specialist recruitment in all sectors of commerce and industry remains a significant focus.
