I coordinate all aspects of the Middle School student ministry at The Hills church.
This includes leading retreats, teaching and coordinating and writing Sunday morning, Wednesday night and DGroup curricula.
I also lead worship with our MS band and help train students to become better worship leaders and musicians.
However, the biggest part of my job is training, leading and coordinating a volunteer team of around 100.
