I provide business coaching, consultancy and training to help technology vendor/reseller/integrator businesses of all sizes to refine and develop their vision and strategy and implement changes that deliver a positive, measurable impact on their growth and profitability. My focus is on working with sales AMs and BDMs and pre-sales technical teams and individuals to help them to understand the vision and strategy of their customers and to engage at the "C" level and LOB Head level to create and present business proposals that show true business value to their customers.
I work primarily through my relationship as associate senior consultant, coach and trainer for Innovise ESM and Cluster Learning but I also engage directly with my own clients. Organizations that I have provided training and consultancy for include Cisco, BT, Vodafone, Telefonica, Dimension Data and Fujitsu. I travel extensively and have delivered my services in the USA, Canada, India, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Russia and much of Europe including Germany, Norway, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Luxembourg, Ireland and of course the UK where I am based. I also work virtually and am certified in expert virtual delivery using the WebEx Classroom tool.
