In 2024, Robert Hanna of Legally Speaking Podcast and Kate Burt, solicitor and CEO of boutique law firm compliance firm, HiveRisk founded a law firm leadership strategy day like no other. The initiative is community led for the full eco system that makes up the SME law firm sector. Aimed at managing partners, managing directors and other key members of SME law firm leadership teams and verticals, this full-day offsite event brings senior members of the legal community together to strategise, collaborate and network. The day is split into innovative sessions covering a wide range of themes on the issues and challenges that leaders in legal grapple with on a daily basis. Through keynote speeches, interactive sessions and networking opportunities, the event is set to ignite and inspire action and support the legal community's continued growth and efficiency.
