The First Contractor has grown from a Labor contractor into a formidable Cleaning Services and Construction corporation. Today we are one of the preferred constructions and cleaning contractors in Qatar delivering high quality, functional and environmentally sustainable projects. TFC (formerly known as The First Contractor W.L.L.) was established in Qatar in 2007 as a Building and Civil Works Contractor, incorporating a separate Division specializing in the Cleaning Services. The Company has grown to be one of the major contracting and construction companies in Qatar and has gained a proven reputation for quality workmanship on a wide variety of projects which have been completed on programme and within budget, and has achieved GRADE A status for Building Contractors, the highest grade classified by the Government of Qatar. We have developed a broad client-base, both in the Public and Private Sectors. We have also participated as a main subcontractor to International Contractors such as Dulsco, Construct International, PPTC, ITCC, Hands Services, United Cleaning, Sparrow Qatar, Solar Qatar, Phidas on large projects in Al Wakrah, Ras Laffan, Dukhan, Al Khor, Mesaieed &Doha. Current Ongoing projects are Lusail City, Qatargas, RasGas, NDIA and Pearl Qatar.
