The Fem League

Welcome to The Fem League, a global culture design and community-building firm. We leverage our proprietary framework, Cultural Curiosity, as well as community building and self-leadership programs to help organizations, communities, and people at large design intentional cultures. The Fem League is also home to a growing online community of women taking their relationships, money-making prowess, and careers to the next level together. Founded in 2015 by entrepreneur and journalist Yomi Abiola, the Fem League Community has elevated the leadership and self-development of thousands of self-identifying women - ages 18 to 78 - across 22 countries and counting.
