Outcome measures indicate that our programs are making an important difference in the lives of families across the county. These programs and services include: Operation Fatherhood – a dynamic program that offers parenting education; child support assistance; HSE Prep; work readiness and job placement assistance through Work First NJ funding; resume creation and review; post-hire support; computer literacy training; and parent-child bonding activities. The overwhelming majority of men served, are men of color, young men who live on the fringes of society and face systematic barriers to employment, and men who have had involvement with the criminal justice system. UIH Family Partners is also proud to be a founding member of the Mercer County Reentry Task Force.
