The Confident Dentist Ltd is a communication and training company aimed specifically at the dental sector and offers face-to-face training, online courses and one-to-one coaching to help dentists and their teams improve their interactions with patients and make their experience in the dental chair as comfortable as possible. Dr Barry Oulton is a practising dentist and founder of The Confident Dentist and is qualified coach and experienced trainer, certified in hypnotherapy and is a master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He was the first dentist in the Uk to attend a sales training course for dentists nearly 20 years ago and spent the next 3 years helping deliver the content to the profession. As a clinical dentist of 25 years and a successful practice owner of over 18 years, he has combined his clinical knowledge with his trainings in NLP, hypnotherapy, tapping and coaching. The Confident Dentist has a vision to change and improve communication within the dental profession and ultimately others outside the field.
