The Choice Architects is a Behavioural Economics Management Consultancy. We perform all the functions of a normal management consultancy but with a firm belief that solutions should be around human-focused design. We leverage the power of human psychology to ensure that Behavioural Economics and the broader behavioural sciences are imbedded in all our interventions to ensure that we maximise the probability of adoption, engagement and the desired behaviours from all stakeholders all the way from internal staff to the customers of our clients themselves. The areas we typically focus on are: - Rewards programmes - Engagement - Retention - Leads generation - Sales - Pricing structures - Communication - Product features/benefits - Marketing strategies Our work is underpinned and supported by our data analytics function which follows Actuarial best practice. To date, we have dealt predominantly with blue chip companies in the Insurance, Banking, Retail, Property and eCommerce spaces looking at how we can leverage Behavioural Economics to solve some of the industries’ biggest challenges. We will deep dive, design and pilot our solutions as well as help scale the new ways of work within the entire organisation.
