TGI Fridays Restaurants and McAlister's Deli's The Bistro Group was formed in 1989 by the Ruth & Robert Conway Family along with long time business partner and friend, Karl Davis. Their original acquisition has grown to 28 T.G.I. Friday’s® Restaurants and 5 McAlister’s Delis over the past 24 years. Today, The Bistro Group remains a family owned business employing more than 2,200 employees in the two restaurant divisions. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio The Bistro Group proudly owns & operates 5 McAlister's Deli's in the Greater-Cincinnati area, and 28 TGI Fridays Restaurants: Boardman, Dayton & Greater-Cincinnati Ohio; Owensboro, Paducah, Lexington & Louisville Kentucky; Charleston, West Virginia & the Greater-Pittsburgh area in Pennsylvania.
