We call this Collaborative Roasting.
"The Beans on Fire" is like a music studio and record label for specialty coffee. You can come and roast on demand at our shared roasting facility, bringing your own green beans or sourcing from our direct trade. You can taste coffees from wide variety of origins, roasting styles, learn and connect with others through cuppings, trainings, and coffee jam sessions.
