Under the name The Angels' Share, I give workshops, tasting, spirits training and advice to hospitality companies In my own job as hospitality manager, I noticed the that the knowledge about spirits is very small and most of the times not important enough for owners to school there employees, this is a shame because spirits have so much possibilities and are not just for after diner. They can also be used like the way we use wine in wine arrangements.
