The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen is an award-winning artisan-fast casual restaurant company founded by 7-time National Grilled Cheese Invitational Champion chef and cookbook author Heidi Gibson and her husband Nate Pollak. AGCK specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches, hearty soups and sides, and other comfort favorites; made with locally sourced, preservative free, all natural ingredients and served in a warm customer setting.
AGCK operates multiple restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, and also sells and manages franchised restaurants across the USA.
