This also means that you might have some Sanskrit names of poses thrown at you, but don’t worry, we translate willingly into English.
Our teachers draw from a breadth of lineages, from some of the more time-honored traditions of Krishnamacharya and Ashtanga to the newer styles of Baptiste, Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow and Dharma Mittra.
