Testar was founded in 1993 and located in Taipei,Taiwan.Since its establishment,Testar has been engaged in the business of procurement for client seeking products and offered the service of QC and inspection of products on demand.In order to extend our service capability ,in 1996 we opened a branch in Guangdong,China.According to the extension,Testar widens the service with a great variety of products.Base on its procurement experience.
