To standardise processes, reduce cost to serve, enable agility in the business and empower colleagues to do even more for Tesco customers, the group set up Tesco Business Services in 2004 with its first centre in Bengaluru. TBS today has operations across 6 locations with Bengaluru, Dundee and Budapest as the key hubs and ~4500 colleagues working with 200 plus BOTs.
