Terium is a privately held Merchant Banking and Investment Management firm. Based in London with a presence in New York and Dubai, both our businesses complement each other and are driven by our international network of partners. Terium’s Merchant Banking business is client led and the solutions tailored to meet their needs. The business is driven by longstanding relationships with diverse interests across products, sectors and geographies. This is reflected in our team’s product and market expertise and the range of deals we conduct which are often beyond those ordinarily served by traditional providers. Terium’s Investment Management business identifies, creates and manages tailored investments on behalf of our clients. Those investments encompass various asset classes and are sourced from our extensive partner network. To meet these demands we have attracted a diverse team of professionals with on average over 20 years’ international product experience and broad relationship networks. Terium’s approach and solutions are product agnostic and are always underpinned by a rigorous understanding of the cash flows and financial needs of each transaction or project.
