We are a globetrotting photography and writing duo fanatic about world travel. We love exploring anything and anywhere new, but also revel in getting to know a place intimately and unearthing its hidden gems. Originally from South Australia and California, we met in the middle and established a base in Osaka, Japan. For the last five years, we’ve been the content editors of Kansai Scene – a seasonal print magazine dedicated to highlighting the top spots and uncovering off-the-beaten-path destinations in and around the Kansai area of Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, and Mie prefectures). We create engaging and informative travel features for all types of publications. You’ll find our work in international airline magazines like SilverKris (Singapore Airlines) and Aspire (Hong Kong Airlines), as well as on travel websites like Fodor's. Recently, we worked with the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau to update its Osaka City press kit. We have also partnered with EnVeritas Group and Vaco to create tailored Japan travel content for Google.
