Our programs focus exclusively on the difficult challenges facing telecommunications operators. Although the specific issues change over time, our current conference line-up covers fundamental issues such as service creation, taxation, billing output, revenue assurance, e-care, customer experience management, lawful intercept and web 2.0 strategy.
Our programs are different. Rather than a traditional lecture format, we strive to make our events interactive and participatory on the part of the attendees.
