Tedia began as a private label supplier to high purity solvent brands in the United States and now controls 70-80% of the North American market for OEM production of high purity solvents. In the 1990's, Tedia introduced high purity solvents under the Tedia label in international laboratory markets, and later in the US market. The main usages for Tedia high purity solvents are chromatography, pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing, environmental testing, quality control, research and development, organic synthesis, and specialized manufacturing, being offered in batch volumes ranging from <25L to full tanker loads, lot set-asides, and custom purification to many customers' individual specifications.
