Founded in 1965 under the name of ‘The Institute of Technology’, Technical and Vocational University (TVU) has been known as a commissioned, demand driven, skill training, and an entrepreneur university, that has been training thousands of students for about half a century. In 2012, its affiliation changed from the ‘Ministry of Education’, to the ‘Ministry of Science, Research and Technology’, which is in charge of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies across the country.
