Tech-Marine Business, Inc. (TMB) was founded in 1997 with a focus on delivery of Subject Matter Expert support to Navy Shipbuilding Program Managers. We have grown into a diverse and dynamic 100% Employee-Owned business providing professional and engineering support services teams for the Navy. We built our reputation providing support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) directorates, programs, and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO) and to the Office of Naval Research (ONR). TMB’s core capabilities include Program and Acquisition Management, Business Financial Management (BFM), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Technical and Engineering Support Services, Product Support Management, Cost Estimating, Product Support (ILS), and Earned Value Management.
