PT TeamworX Indonesia is a Construction Consultancy Company established in 2003, which has been engaged in many prestigious projects across Indonesia. TeamworX is specialized in one stop service solutions from concept to completion for new facilities, facility extensions and refurbishments starting from Architectural design, Civil and Structural design, Mechanical and Electrical Design, to assisting the Client with Tendering the project for Construction, followed by Construction Management to control the quality, schedule, cost and safety, thereby protecting the interests of the Client throughout the project. TeamworX is operating from two offices in Jakarta and Gresik, employing over 200 staff comprising of Architects, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, Construction managers, Safety Officers, Supervisors, etc. TeamworX is organized under the following business units: • Construction Engineering • Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying (QS) • Construction Management • Project Management In order to provide clear and efficient designs for our Clients, all TeamworX designs are made in 3D utilizing Autodesk Revit software, which will provide better visual illustrations for our Clients to make the right design decisions and this will ensure proper coordination for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical works for Design, QS and Construction. All designs are downloaded into our BIM360 Cloud, thereby giving access to these designs at various locations utilizing smart phones, tablets or computers so that good communication is in place at all stages of the project and designs can be discussed during skype meetings, whereby all parties look at the designs from their location which will result in greater efficiency and cost savings.
