Taximail founder, Mr. Phaiboon Trikanjananun is a digital entrepreneur who founded a web development company. Through his interactions with the customers paved the way in creating a digital marketing platform called Taximail. He anticipated the digital needs of the companies are evolving as well as consumer's interactions with the brands. There numerous benefits of email marketing such as trackable campaigns, personalization, and improves brand communication to customers. The idea was to create an email marketing and automation solution that is suitable for all types of businesses. Taximail launched in the summer of 2012. Since then, it was able to build trust from security-conscious companies. In 2021, Taximail delivered more than 10 billion emails to more than 5,000+ customers in Thailand.
