Introduction
The National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority (TANMIA) was established avid Federal Law No. 27 in November 1999, and assumed its functions in November 2000. The Authorities Board of Trustees is set up under the chairmanship of the Minister of Labor with 12 members to be appointed by virtue of a Cabinet resolution. The Board membership shall be for a three-year term.
