Tampines Rovers Football Club are a professional association football team based in Singapore. The Stags are part of the Football Association of Singapore, playing in the S.League. Founded in 1945, the team has been the heart of the Tampines community and throughout the proud history, the football club has create a deep and meaningful kinship with the communities not only in the east of the country but also around Singapore.
Tampines Rovers FC's temporary home groud is located at Jurong West Stadium as the traditional home ground of Tampines Stadium which opened in 1989 is currently being renovated and replaced by Tampines Town Hub.
The club has won major trophies in Singapore football, including the S.League and the Singapore Cup. With winning several championships and cups in recent years, Tampines Rovers is competing for the title once again in the 2016's edition of the S.League and the AFC Cup competition.
