Tallman Hotel

The Tallman Hotel, in the historic country town of Upper Lake, California, is a return to a simpler time. Located just 10 minutes from the Lake County seat of Lakeport, this handsome country hotel, built in the 1890's, was completely restored and expanded to a 17-room luxury facility in 2006. In 2007, the historic hotel received one of seven statewide historic preservation awards and was listed on the California Register of Historic Resources. The affiliated Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant next door is one of the best dining facilities in Lake County and often features live music.
