Tallinn Creative Incubator (TCI) was established in 2006 by the City of Tallinn with the aim of offering support measures to sustainable start-up businesses with an export potential.
The mission TCI of is to provide a supportive environment while also improving the business competence of enterprises. The most popular services provided are business consultations and training sessions, as well as different events ranging from afternoon discussions to collaborative marketing schemes. There are also practical workshops, networking seminars and educational field trips.
To develop their business, entrepreneurs can use the help of the in-house coaching team as well as the external mentor network. The assistance available ranges from business know-how and professional guidelines to the opportunity to rent offices, studios and showrooms below the market price. With additional financial support from the incubator, incubees have the opportunity to further their professional skills on training courses and workshops of their choosing.
Tallinn Creative Incubator also operates Tallinn Design House, which is a joint marketing and export platform of Estonian designer brands. Tallinn Design House is located in the very heart of Tallinn City centre, in the historic Rotermann quarter.
