At Talking Health Works our vision is to contribute to a workplace cultural shift where psychological safety is treated equally to physical safety. We strive to protect mental health and promote wellbeing in complex high-risk workplaces.
We help workplaces identify and minimise psychosocial risks that can lead to psychological injury and mental illness. While this approach of measuring, monitoring and assessing risk is critical and increasingly a legislative requirement of all workplaces, protecting mental health or preventing mental illness is not enough.
We need to promote wellbeing and build psychological safety through identifying our strengths, committed leadership practices, and common co-created strategic language that is shared and actionable at individual, team and organisational levels.
