Talent is a boutique consulting company specializing in Talent Management (TM) strategies for major companies in Israel and the international arena. Talent was founded in 2008 by Tali Avigdor and has since helped large and small companies, in Israel and around the world, maximize their greatest strategic resource—their “talented” employees. Using Talent Management, Talent creates a variety of assessment and development processes catered to the unique aspects of your company. The goal is to first assess the pool of employees in order to locate the potential stars. We then create a development process to help develop and mold the chosen team into the future leaders of the company.
