Ukraine-based executive search firm Talent Advisors joins global group, Odgers Berndtson in 2017. The leading Ukrainian executive search firm, Talent Advisors is to join with Odgers Berndtson in a deal announced today. From today, Talent Advisors will be known as Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and will continue to provide its services in Ukraine as part of the global brand. The newly-named Odgers Berndtson Ukraine will combine its existing local expertise with access to Odgers Berndtson’s international network as well as share best practices in the recruitment and development of business leaders. Odgers Berndtson Ukraine delivers four services: executive search, assessment and development of management teams, development of corporate governance and organizational consulting. Its four partners and five consultants provide integrated solutions to improve organizational effectiveness across sectors such as: FMCG, retail, financial services, public administration, heavy industry, agriculture.
