Passionate about rescue and adoption, Janice believed that a connection needed to be made between the animal welfare community and the general pet-loving population. Chicagoland Tails debuted with 15,000 magazines and quickly grew to printing over 100,000. Realizing that this magazine was the only one of its kind, and seeing the positive impact it had with people and pets in Chicago, Janice knew she had more work to do.
