Tahaddi is a Lebanese NGO dedicated to responding to the challenges of extreme poverty by facilitating access to education, health and psychosocial services. Tahaddi is based in Hay el Gharbeh, a neighborhood in Southern Beirut, providing holistic support to families, irrespective of nationality, religion or social background. The Tahaddi Education Center (TEC) offers early childhood and primary non-formal education programs for children who are not enrolled in public school. The Tahaddi Health Center (THC) offers curative and preventive healthcare services as well as psychosocial support. Tahaddi promotes social cohesion in all aspects of its work, aiming for parity between Lebanese and Syrians in the provision of its services.
