TRUST SoCal believes in treating the whole person. While you are in treatment you will be assigned a Case Manager. This provides complete coordination of care and will allow us to match the appropriate services to your needs as necessary. Coordination of care can address potential gaps in meeting clients interrelated medical, social, developmental, behavioral, educational, informal support system, in order to achieve optimal health, wellness and quality of life.
