Who We Are TKE Engineering and Design is a consulting engineering firm which has been serving the oil & gas industry for 20 years. The company was started in Houston Texas in 1992 by Terry Eleiott, PE. TKE performs engineering and design services for projects throughout the US and is a recognized leader in design, procurement, and construction of mid-stream solutions. What We Do Engineering services offered include: Compression, Meter - Regulation Stations, Pipeline, Natural Gas Facilities, Crude Oil Facilities.
