TD Baltic is one the biggest distributors of IT products and Home appliance goods in the Baltic region with a focused divisional setup and a full product portfolio covering all IT products. The company also provides logistics management and other value-added services to its clients in the Baltic's. The company focuses mostly on selling to business-to-business (B2B) resellers. TD Baltic management, logistics and back-office teams are located in Lithuania, with sales teams in all three Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). Key products include notebooks, personal computers, servers, storage, networking and software. Major brands are HP, HPE, Dell EMC, Cisco and Philips. TD Baltic has 125 vendors, over 2’000 customers and 70 employees across all three Baltic countries. Year 2018 turnover – 77,5 million EUR. History Established in 1993 in Tallinn as a sales representative for Computer 2000. Established subsidiaries in Latvia (1996) and Lithuania (1997); Group was sold to Tech Data (USA) in 1999; In 2004 Tech Data Baltic entities were sold to the Group’s management during MBO, financed by the Swedish Askembla Growth Fund. Since 2005 core operations are managed from Vilnius. Products and Services Product offering covers all IT-related product categories. Key products include notebooks, personal computers, servers, networking, software and other products. Revenues from sale of notebooks, servers and PC’s make up more than 50% of total revenues. TD Baltic is engaged in the import, marketing and wholesale of the products of 50 global producers. Logistics and Order Management Operations and logistics run from Vilnius, Lithuania The company uses a central warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania, which has a storage space of 4’500m2 For transportation services, (DPD) third party service providers are used. Goods shipped from central warehouse to Latvia and Estonia once a day, ant to Lithuanian cities twice a day.
