In order to leverage our expertise in the field of surfboard manufacturing, we recently unveiled our own line of surfboards under the brand name March 21 Surfboards. Whats with March 21 Surfboards name you ask? It signifies the first day of spring and happens to be the founder of Maxam Surfs birthday!Every board we produce are crafted by highly skilled workers. In order to achieve the highest standard quality, we use production materials exclusively from the US and Australia.We invest heavily in our R&D here in the factory, along with our office based in California. Our R&D focuses on new composite materials, foam blanks, resin, etc. Services:Were a family owned business and were here to support surf shops and shapers with custom production surfboards. We pride ourselves with quality assurance.Materials used: Our clients choose what they want. We offer wide variety of quality materials. Majority of our clients request materials to be made from America and Australia. Blanks (PU or EPS), composites, reinforcement fabrics, polyester or epoxy resin, fin box set up. Custom Shape: Choose whether you prefer 100% hand shape or CNC machine (AKU / S3D File). We have highly skilled shapers thats been with us for over a decade.
