We are a niche company with a new approach to the operations consulting industry. We believe that in order for any improvement effort to be concrete and sustainable, a solid foundation must be in place. The term "top management vision" implies vision from above, we say the vision is the foundation for the entire organization to build on, working its way up through the organization. All areas of an organization need this solid foundation whether it be maintenance, operations, supply chain, etc..Without a solid foundation, improvements are difficult to implement, and usually don't last.
