We propose three business segments defined as follow: • Corporate Finance : we offer solutions for small and mid-caps, as well as large capitalized companies and serve them with financial consulting and fund raising. • Investment Services : we offer an access for investors to direct investments within small and mid-caps as well as large capitalized companies, covering the US and European markets. • Strategic Consulting : we focus on M&A, company sales, development and restructuring strategies and can propose a service of Interim management.
