Founded over 20 years ago, we specialise in the entire value chain of real estate and infrastructure investments. In our company, more than 100 employees combine real estate and specialist expertise in order to create value for institutional investors and other stakeholders. We offer a wide range of real estate products and services, including infrastructure solutions and capital market transactions. The Assets under Management of SFP Group amount over CHF 9.8* billion (plus Assets under Advisory of over CHF 1.6* billion). Our expertise in managing direct real estate investments is underscored not only by our own investment products but also by our mandates for external clients. In our direct investment products, we manage a total volume of over CHF 6.3* billion. With respect to indirect real estate investments, the Portfolio Management team analyses and evaluates the entire spectrum of listed and non-listed real estate investments, which includes funds, equities, and Swiss investment foundations. This experience provides the basis for our indirect real estate funds and multiple mandates with a volume of over CHF 3.5* billion. In addition, we hold a majority stake in a real estate manager in Copenhagen with a Core/Core+ portfolio, have an infrastructure fund and a UK Real Estate Development Fund/Opportunities as well as a subsidiary in Germany. Since February 2021, Swiss Finance & Property Ltd has held a securities firm licence, which allows the company to facilitate the issuance of securities and engage in market making activities. In the capital markets sector, we help our clients raise capital on the capital markets and advise them in connection with mergers and acquisitions. The Securities Brokerage team puts its knowledge of the market at the disposal of clients who are buying and selling real estate equities and funds. * September 2024
