Sweat Pledge aims to enable fitness through peer inspiration - basically everyone can be a role model and inspire their friends to get active!
We were founded in 2017 as the brainchild of Kajsa Tylen, who cycled 32,326 miles (52,025 km) in 2016 to set a new Guinness World Record for the Furthest Distance Cycled in a Year by a Woman. Kajsa wanted to inspire others to set their own challenges and encouraged people to set their own goals while she was achieving hers. They pledged their sweat to Kajsa and Sweat Pledge was born.
Kajsa offers a couple of services to business through the Sweat Pledge brand;
- Motivational speaking. Having done a number of talks in rooms of various audiences, and even a TEDx talk in November 2017, Kajsa is well-versed in speaking to large crowds. She shares her experiences from her year of cycling and provides tips and advice on how to set goals and, most importantly, achieve them.
- Sweat Pledge workshops. Kajsa will come and run an interactive session on goal setting and encourage the attendees to get out of their comfort zones and set their own challenges - either physical or otherwise. A great team building exercise!
