Hi! My name is Szilvia Hock-Kovacs. I’m a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach. I work with individuals and teams, with people who want to take more, truly life-enhancing actions to achieve a more fulfilled life. I founded Swander in 2022, as my passion is to collaborate with individuals to overcome their challenges and realise their vision of leading a flourishing life. I believe that everyone has the potential to cultivate a positive mindset, build resilience, create quality connections with others, increase the sense of well-being and work towards meaningful achievements - regardless of their past experiences or current circumstances.
