Svitlo Education

Svitlo Education is a charity which provides free education to the Ukrainian people affected by the war in the following ways: online school in English for the children who stayed in Ukraine, English lessons for adults and secondary curriculum tuition for children who relocated to the UK. Founded during the Russian aggression against Ukraine in March 2022, the Svitlo Education initiative has become a ray of light for many Ukrainian children (hence the name Svitlo - light in Ukrainian.) The lessons were organised during the most challenging times for Ukraine to distract the children from war, offer them education when none was available and improve their English skills.
