Sustainable Hospitality

MISSION To raise awareness towards the importance of conducting business sustainably in the Hospitality Industry. VISION To create a community of industry professionals who seek to research and implement innovative sustainable business processes and practices, designed for the Hospitality Industry. As of today, the organization focuses on food waste. The first goal is to promote partnerships between local restaurants, food banks, and local companies who already donate perishables to non-profits. We are hoping to increase food donation amounts by partnering with local businesses.
